Going into this must win game in Laytown against very well prepareþd St.Colmcilles outfit , our girls took to the field knowing their destiny was in their own hands . From throw in it was a hard fought battle and although Emma Murray pointed from a free , we were not having it all our own way .St.Colmcilles found the net past the out stretched arm of Ava Cregan in the 2nd Quater and we were then unlucky to have a goal disallowed for over crowding in the goal mouth . Alex Mc Carthy & Faye O Connor were very impressive across the field and although our girls really left everything on the field the stronger team on the day won.
