The Lights Are On, the Cameras Are Rolling — and Our Film Awards Fundraiser Is in Full Swing!
There’s a real buzz around town — and for good reason! Our Film Awards Fundraiser has taken on a life of its own, bringing together creativity, community spirit, and a shared vision for the future.
What began as a bold idea to help fund our Capital Development Project has turned into one of the most exciting community events in years. The goal? To raise funds for new land acquisition — a vital step to cater for the incredible growth in our playing numbers and to ensure that, as our village continues to thrive into a bustling town, we’re ready to welcome and support new members for generations to come.

Our eight film teams have been hard at work, with rehearsals now in their final stages and cameras beginning to roll. From heartfelt drama to laugh-out-loud comedy, our local stars are taking on some of cinema’s most iconic roles. Expect to see familiar faces from around town stepping into scenes from:

A Night to Remember
All roads lead to the Red Carpet Film Awards Night at the Knightsbrook Hotel this November 15th — a truly glamorous celebration where our local “actors” will swap their day jobs for the silver screen. With excitement building and demand high, this promises to be the hottest ticket in town!
