This year The Film Awards will be our main Capital Development Fundraiser. The money raised will go towards acquiring additional ground to cater for our rapidly growing playing numbers. Our village is now a bustling town with huge population growth over the last number of years. Our club is a massive part of this community and we want to be in the best position to cater for the influx of new children and adults who want to become members.
So, what are the film awards? We are partnering with Kevin Rowe Events. There will be 7-8 popular films. We need 8-10 people to take part per film. No acting experience required. There will be speaking and non-speaking roles. Filming will take half a day over a weekend. No performing on the Awards night – just dress up and watch the film on screen!
